Child safety standards

Vesper is for people 18 and over

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vesper. The app is not directed at children.

Zero tolerance

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Our terms prohibit any sexual content involving minors.

What we do

• When we find or are told about such content, we remove it immediately and close the account.
• We preserve the records needed for an investigation for the legally required period.
• We report it to the competent authorities: in Turkey, law enforcement (the national police's cybercrime unit) and the BTK hotline (ihbarweb.org.tr).
• We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

How to report

• In the app: use "Report" next to the content.
• If you don't have an account or the content is on a share link: email destek@vespercard.com with the subject "Child safety" and include the card's code or the link.

If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (112 in Turkey) first.
